1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Konva.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Services

Konva is an AI-powered development platform that generates code, designs, and deployments based on user prompts. We provide tools for:

Automated frontend and backend code generation.
Self-healing debugging services.
Hosting and deployment infrastructure.

3. User Content & Code Ownership

You own the code. Unlike other platforms, Konva does not claim ownership over the applications, code, or intellectual property you generate using our Service.

You grant Konva a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., sending prompts to LLMs).

4. Platform Intellectual Property

The Konva platform itself, including its AI engines, "Self-Healing" algorithms, visual interfaces, and branding, remains the exclusive property of Konva Inc.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Konva, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
